Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 12, 2026
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Slow Kloset (the "Company") and users in connection with the use of the personal wardrobe management service (the "Service") provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
1. "Service" means the wardrobe management, outfit recommendations, and all related services provided by the Company.
2. "User" means a member who uses the Service provided by the Company under these Terms.
3. "Account" means the combination of email and password set by the User to identify themselves and use the Service.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
1. These Terms take effect when posted on the Service screen or otherwise notified to Users.
2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope of applicable law, and will announce the effective date and reason for any amendment in advance.
Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Service)
1. The Company provides the following services:
- Wardrobe item registration and management
- Outfit combination recommendations
- Other supplementary services determined by the Company
2. The Company will provide advance notice when changing the content of the Service.
Article 5 (Membership Registration)
1. Users apply for membership by entering information such as email and password according to the registration form set by the Company.
2. The Company registers applicants as members unless they fall under one of the following:
- The applicant has previously lost membership status under these Terms
- The applicant used a name that is not their own or impersonated another person
- The applicant provided false information or did not fill in information requested by the Company
Article 6 (User Obligations)
Users shall not engage in the following:
1. Registering false information when applying or making changes
2. Stealing another person's information
3. Altering information posted by the Company without authorization
4. Transmitting or posting information (such as computer programs) other than information designated by the Company
5. Infringing on the intellectual property rights, including copyrights, of the Company or third parties
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
The Company is exempted from responsibility for providing the Service if it is unable to do so due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure events.
Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
Disputes related to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and jurisdiction shall lie with the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
